Jim has been a resident of Forest Lake for over 15 years. He is married, has two children and is an avid outdoors man who enjoys Boundary Waters canoeing, fishing and hiking in the summer. In winter months, you will find him at the hockey arena or downhill skiing.

Jim has completely remodeled two different homes, inside and out. He knows his way around the workshop and what it takes to get projects done. Jim has a keen eye when looking at a home's potential. He has completed multiple landscaping projects, including a large pond-less waterfall.

Jim is a licensed drone pilot and avid photographer, which helps in shooting photos that make a property's features stand out.

He is a solutions-based thinker with extremely high values. Jim's integrity shows in all his personal and business interactions. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Jim is professional, but still likes to have a little fun as well. He will always treat clients with the utmost respect. Jim listens to his clients, so he can put their needs first and foremost.
