Fundraiser Cancellation Policy
The Muske Community Support Foundation fundraiser is a rain or shine event, so there will be no cancellation due to weather. If there are circumstances like COVID-19 restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances and the foundation is required to cancel the event, purchasers and sponsors have a few options.
- The ticket price or sponsorship may be considered a donation by the purchaser.
- A portion of the ticket price or sponsorship may be considered a donation and a partial refund is issued to the purchaser.
- A full refund of the ticket price or sponsorship will be available to the purchaser.
Refunds will not be issued for any other reason. The Muske Community Support Foundation may cancel the event up to two weeks in advance of the event. If you have purchased a ticket or are a paid sponsor you have until the scheduled date of the event to request a partial or full refund. After that date, your donation will be automatically considered a donation to the foundation. No refunds will be granted after that date.
The Muske Community Support Foundation appreciates your support. Our fundraiser is extremely beneficial in our ongoing efforts to help the local communities we serve. We promise to be good stewards of your donation.
